ok I'm tired and sincerely here the weaher is grey grey grey and more grey.
I have in my fridge Babaghanouj that is ready (made it myself yeah  ).
I do not feel like cooking a storm.
Any idea besides pasta and cheese?
IS there such a thing as Babaghanouj pasta main dish?

buy really fresh bread for the babaganush and make a good veggie or bean soup with it.

I use baba as a salad dressing but I can't see why you couldn't use it as a pasta sauce, too.
