Help! 12 broken eggs- what to do with them?

My baby got into the groceries I was putting away and cracked a dozen eggs. Any supper ideas that woud use them up? (aside from omelettes?)

unfortunately you might have to throw them out, unless you peel them right away. I woudnt leave raw eggs cracked inside a shell overnight.

Thanks for the replies
I took the eggs out of their shells and put them in a bowl until I use them for supper soon. I decided to make huevos rancheros (recipe in KBD lightens up). If I try to serve plain omelettes to my husband for supper he probably will complain he isn't full. I think he will like the bean salsa mixture that goes with it.

crustless courgette (zucchini) quiche

sautee 1 chopped onion and 3 grated courgette with a small amount of oil in a frying pan for about 10min till courgettes are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add 5-6 lightly beaten eggs and pour into a deep pie dish that's greased. Bake in a medium oven for about 30min or so till the centre is cooked through and the surface is brownish/puffy. Delish served hot or at room temp.
