Ever heard of an Israeli sauce with Mango called Amba, I add mayonaise and honey too.
Another is the Club house Greek spice with hot paprika.
Another is Italian Salad dressing maronaided overnight.
I also like Hawaij for soup and crumbs over chicken.

I use the spice mix from the Spice and Spirit curried chicken recipe. I make it up in a big batch, keep it in a shaker-top jar, and psrinkle away. (Ahem, make that sprinlkle away. I mean sprinflle. Oh, forget it. No, I did NOT get shikker last night. Honest.)

lemon pepper
Also, quick and easy equal parts mayo and dijon mustard with a little red pepper is great if you are going to grill (we use the george foreman a lot)

Including miracle whip to seal it in that it won't dry and be soft and tender but brown and crispy at the same time
I love duck sauce , barbque sauce they r even more simple since just pour it on and I mean pour
Pineapple chicken, sweet and sour is for yom tov or shabbos when I have time.

For roast chicken, I usually put a bed of onions underneath to keep the chicken moist...
In terms of spices, I actually spice both sides with:
onion powder*
garlic powder*
paprika*
black pepper*
and a little cumin for a distinct flavor
*P.S. these 4 spices go in basically everything, so my mother in law actually has a mix of them with certain proportions and she adds it to everything

miracle whip is a brand name for a mayonnaise-type salad dressing that has less fat and fewer calories than real mayonnaise.
