Does anyone have a list, or know of one online, of what exactly the ingredients are that contain chametz.

For pesach, it is really recommended to use only products that are certified Kosher lePesach except those things "cleared" by your local rabbinate...
During the year, this works (having lists of ingredients, etc), however, on pesach it doesn't work because machinery could have been in touch with chametz, etc.....

No, I'm trying to find out what we need to get rid of, sorry if that wasnt clear.
We dont want to sell chometz gamur, therefore I want to know what ingredients I should be looking out for, for example in the soup mix, baking powder, yeast etc. I know that amilan is one of them, but not all kinds etc.

Baba, you don't necessarily have to get rid of stuff that has "ta'arovet chametz". For me that would include anything with starch like soup mixes. Whenever I have a question I call my rav.

Thanks a lot.
I will still ask, I just havent had a chance yet. I thought I could just find it online, but it was harder than I thought.
But if you dont get rid of it, do you sell it?
