do you bake the salmon with the dressing on top or u bake salmon plain and then add it when its done???

Originally I got this recipe as a sauce that you put on top of salmon when you bake it. But now we use it as a dip for challah.

vinaigrette--lemon juice (or vinegar), olive oil, salt & pepper, whatever other herbs/spices (paprika, grainy mustard). You can use 1/2 orange juice 1/2 lemon if you like it less tart
tehina dressing--3 tbsp plain tehina, 1/3 cup apple juice, 2tbsp soy sauce. Gradually add apple juice to tehina to blend in the consistency, add soy sauce. It's quite creamy, goes nicely with cooked/boiled veggies.
I've also read dressing recipe that uses soft (silken) tofu that's blended with salt and chopped herbs, but haven't tried it myself.
