Glad it worked out lilac. So weird I'd think that in Israel, you'd never have to worry about this issue at a work party but I see how it is possible! Good for you for making the best of it.
We are having a get together on Sunday with nonKosher food and we are also opting for deli sandwiches and pickles. They will have kosher snacks and drinks. I just hope the kids wont ask for the other food becasue they are too young to really get kashrus.
