any recipes for marg free cookies that are good? like choc chip, nut etc..
also, is it poss to substitue oil for marg in recipes, or half oil half marg?

Chocolate Chip Cookies
4 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup oil
1 TBS vanilla
5 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1/2 chocolate chips
Optional:
1 cup walnuts
1 TBS coffee
Bake for 8 minutes on 350
Beware! They grow!

you can use any recipe- just substitute the marg with half the amount of oil
1 C margarine = 1/2 C oil
I have a good CC recipe- I will try to remember to bring it tomorrow

Thanks for the recipe Shmeichel. I was skimming through the recipe section for something quick n easy. They are in the oven now ...smells delicious!
