I want to work on kedusha, this year. There are images and thoughts that I want to erase from my mind or at least not dwell on.
I'm looking to take on a kaballah that is easy (This based on the Ibn Ezra on Shuva Yisrael- He says - מעט מעט עד ה' אלוקיך)
and concrete (If it's like, just don't think about it, it doesn't work for me)
I already have a very powerful filter, and I've already become makpid on netillas yadayim. I felt some improvement in my thoughts, but it's hard work.
I think I'll continue to be even more makpid with netillas yadayim, but I'd really prefer to start with something else (without getting rid of what I've come to already, obviously.)
Does anyone have suggestions for specific actions that have a direct or indirect effect on kedusha?
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks
Gemar Chasima Tova.
