How long would you say cucumber salad stays fresh in the fridge?
I make mine with water/vinegar/sugar and onions.

(Made 2 containers last week. Just tasted the leftover second container. Delishes._)

Thanks, I'm really particular with these things but was thinking that it's a shame to make a new batch when I have a whole container in the fridge and none of the ingredients sound like they should expire so quickly.

Usually my rule is if the dish/ dressing has vinegar or lemon juice - something to preserve it, I keep it a week. If it doesn't I toss it after 3-4 days.
