I'm probably going out to eat with DH tonight. What should I give my DS (1) for dinner?
I have a green bean & potato jar but I dont feel like thats enough. I'm not going to cook a whole dinner now either. Any ideas? (anything that might be easy to cook or mix up that's in my cabinets)
Since this is last minute, I'd like to be better prepared for next time WDYD?

I usually do mac and cheese or scrambled eggs with some cut up or cooked veggies. That wouldn't cut it as a real dinner for my hubby and I, but for the kids...
Enjoy the night out!

scrambled eggs. my kids LOVE it and if I had to make it for the whole family I'd have to use about 10 eggs!

I usually give the same dinner we had the day before. As in leftovers
Dinners I make are usually baby/toddler friendly since I don't want to cook twice.
