shwarma - the recipe from best of kosher HIGHLY RECOMMEND
breaded cauliflower baked - recipe from table for 2
cole slaw
rice
my menu this week for other ideas
1.salmon (lemon pepper and honey/teriyaki) and veg soup
2.pesto shnitzel and roasted mini peppers
3. pastrami pizza (recipe from BY cookbook 2) and home fries
other favorites..
4. onion crusted chicken
5. shnitzel with dipping sauce to shake it up.. chili lime, bbq, hot popper
6. crispy chicken on the bone (or subsitute w pargiyot
7. eggplant parmesan.. but bake the eggplant for healthier dish
8. chicken stir fry
9. pepper steak

dip the cutlet first into mixture of mayo+honey+mustard (or pre bought honey mustard dressing)
Then into mixture of crunchy fried onions and breadcrumbs (I use cornflake) - I use the crumbs to "fill in the gaps" from the crunchy onions.. but technically u can just use the onions..
place on baking sheet - spray tops
bake on 415 for about 17-20 min depending on thickness of cutlet.
- sorry I don't have exact measurements

potato soup and grilled chicken salad: chicken marinated in oil plus frozen cubes garlic, parsley, basil, ginger salt and pepper.
on lettuce and cherry tomatoes with dressing.
in Pita for whoever wants
