What car seat would you recommend for a 20 month old?

I heard somewhere that britax has the highest ratings for safety.
I got a britax for my first and then by my second I needed a spare for carpool so I got one from safety first, and I have a much easier time using the safety first one, its just lighter and easier to install and use the straps.

Britax you pay for the bells and whistles.
The safest is the seat that is installed correctly in your car and fits your child the best.

Looking for a britax infant car seat. I just saw this new one and was wondering if anyone has it and if you are happy with it.
