I have chicken capons that are stuffed with stuffing, (They are a quarter each- thigh and pulka together), and rolled down under. They look large. I stuffed them on a tray side to side.
How long do I bake them- covered or uncovered-
can I freeze them? I will have no time the day of, to deal with them- too many trays- if so, how do I warm them up?
