Baking rib steak

I am currently baking rib steak in the oven. Its on 400 degrees. I want it to come out soft and juicy. how long should I let it bake?

tightly covered.

any cut baked tightly covered at 350 for 3 hours will come out very soft.

But OP, why don't you sear the meat for a few minutes on each side? it's such a nice cut.

A sauce. It is drowning in the sauce. If just spices I imagine it would dry up.

If you want the best recipe here goes.

spray a cookie sheet baking pan with oil spray.
Preheat oven to 350
pour alittle salt and black pepper not too much on each side of the steak bake for 20 minutes, turn onto other side for another 20 minutes. Turn it back pour on some bbq sauce or whichever sauce you like. Tightly seal pan bake for 20 minutes on 350. Then lower oven to 250. Bake for 2 hours. And let me know your results. Its the best! Juicy, tasty, soft, the bone falls off.
