Can anyone tell me how to make a turkey with vegies stir fry?

Saute thinly sliced turkey cutlets. Set aside.
Then saute lots of whatever veggies you use, including ginger if applicable, al dente.
If you use potato starch, dissolve 1 tsp starch in 3 Tbsp water. When the vegetables are tender-crisp, add the potato starch mixture. Add 1 cup chicken soup to the pot.
Simmer for 2 minutes. Add the turkey slices and heat through. Season with salt (and pepper) to taste.
