In a dehydrator, this is at 80 something degrees -- like a hot day. If one has an old style gas range, it would be just with the pilot light on, which is probably about the same. Probably parchment paper would be better at a higher temp. I think it will get wet and wrinkly, but will be fine.Remember to always only use kosher parchment paper without Quilon, which is derived from pigs.

A lot of good suggestions here. If you peel and freeze them all, you can use them as needed and not have to be in such a rush to come up with a use for all of them right away.

Thanks so much to you all! I ended up broiling tons of bananas for a Shabbos dessert and served it with wipped cream.
the rest I froze, so I'll have time to try out the other ideas here, even after Pesach.
