Does it fold with one seat forward facing, and the other rear facing?

I am not sure about the fold as I have always used both seats the same way. However, if you are inquiring about this stroller prior to purchasing I would tell you to stay away from it!! It was a very bad decision to purchase it...

just read that both seats have to be facing outward to fold
