I made baked breaded chicken cutlets for tonite, how do I heat it up without it getting too dried out? should I make a sauce for it? any ideas? thanks

I never reheat breaded schnitzel. I either serve it a room temperature or I put an overturned pan on the blech and keep it warm on top of that. Any other way it dries out. Schnitzel doesn't have to be really hot.

I cover tightly and put in the oven on a low temp.

I put a little oil on top and place in the oven at 300 for 10-15 min.
