School is finally about to begin and I need some lunch ideas! I have these excellent lunch boxes called Laptop Lunches that I used for my kids last year and will continue to use, but I could use more fast and healthy ideas for lunches. This year dh also needs lunch so I would love to make something they can all eat. Please share your suggestions!

Try quesadillas instead of sandwiches sometimes? You can put sauce, cheese, and spinach in them, or beans for extra protein, or whatever your kids/dh like.
Pasta salad with lots of cut up chicken and vegetables
What types of things do your kids like?
