The first thing is: DO NOT serve it as dessert. Other than that, it's a brisket.

For those of us on Atkins it might as well be desert.

I already posted my brisket recipe elsewhere but since I have no idea where:

Cover with garlic, pepper, paprika, onion soup mix, sliced onions and canned crushed tomatos.

Cover tightly and cook in 325 oven for a few hours, until fork goes in smoothly. Makes a lot of gray. Reheats well on stovetop.

Any brisket recipe will work.
An easy, delicious recipe is:
Cup up potatoes and put around the meat.
Mix one bottle Italian dressing with 4 Tblsp onion soup mix and pour over potatoes and meat.
Cover and bake.
