My dh told my sil (in sem) that he'd try to help her with her homework. So anyone know where it says that besides for when shmuel told shaul that the melucha will go "lereacha hatov mimeka"? Tia

Was about to say the same thing - if it doesn't have to be word-for-word correct, the closest I can think of is (Esther 1:19): לִרְעוּתָהּ הַטּוֹבָה מִמֶּנָּה
(It would fit with the Shaul/Esther connection too, maybe?)

Same lashon for a female.
My df and dh jointly came up with a beautiful vort based on the similarity between the lishonos in both places.

Thanks so much! It's funny, because when my sil called my dh, he was running out, but he said he thinks there's something similar in Esther. But the exact words escaped him, and he said forget it, because it's definitely not those words! Now I can call my sil! Thanks!
