You just heat a bottle with vodka sauce and 2 cups of heavy cream. Then you can add cheese if you like -

You need to add marinara. Vodka sauce is usually pink, no? Alfredo sauce is white....

I saute garic and if I want mushroom in butter then add marinara with vodka. Simmer for 2 mins then heavy cream. Simmer it for 5 mins then add parmsean 3 mins before I'm ready to serve.
