I cut them into strips, then fry in a non-stick pan with a little oil and when they're slightly browned I add the juice of 2 lemons. This is also nice with mushrooms added.

Another possibility is stir-fry chicken with assorted veg. Just fry in a little oil and add onions, peppers, grated carrots, mushrooms, beansprouts, shredded cabbage or any other vegetables you like.

Shwarma- served in a pita with israeli salad, chummus and pickles. Yum!

3 whole chicken breasts cut into strips or pieces

2 frozen garlic cubes or 2 garlic gloves crushed
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp vinegar

Mix all the spices, garlic and vinegar together to from a paste. Rub the paste onto the chicken and marinade in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Saute the chicken for at least 10 minutes. Or line a pan with parchment paper, spray with pam, put chicken in the pan, spray again and bake.

These all sound great Smile

Sweet & sour shnitzel
Bbq chicken sandwiches

Can I have the recipes for these?

Also- when I try to make stir fry the chicken comes out too dry or the spices become granulated & thick. Any tips?

Any good recipes for garlic chicken- like chinese restaurant style?
