Has anyone been at this year’s production of the “The prince and the pauper”?

I’ve seen the advertisement that the DVD will be released shortly, I wanted to know how the production was and if I should purchase.

The original is a cute movie, and regal productions usually are amazing so I would go for it.

I saw it live. it was so amazing, it was like a broadway show. it was funny, serious, exciting... almost all of the characters were cast to perfection.
the costumes were beautiful.

it had no jewish theme to it, I heard the other ones did.
still, go for it!
oh, and it's for an older audience, not little kids

I bought the DVD and really enjoyed it. There's no tap dances this year, but the show was really well done.
The costumes were incredible.

Tamar Rudy was Mrs. Canty
Elisheva Strauss was John Canty
Shira Bergenfeld (she played Sarah from A Little Princess) was one of the ladies in the palace
Avigayil Hool (she was the maid in A Little Princess, Happily Eva After and Miri Pops In) was King Henry VIII

There were a lot of new actresses who did a fabulous job!
