In Israel: Anti-kalk. You spray, wait and rinse. It really works well. For very stubborn dirt, scrub with a brush.

All the above answers will really work, but the amazing thing about using the swiffer is that because it's bigger than a tooth brush or a "magic" sponge, it gets the job done much faster.
Also I forgot to say that it's important to leave the chemical on for a little while, before using the plain water in the pail to rinse it off...
