Hi, we're going to my parents' house for RH. I'm making one meal, and I promised my mother that I'd make a full meal with meat. I thought I'd make a delicious meat with wine sauce that I made last Pesach. But when I took out the meat to defrost last night, I saw this is pastrami meat!!! Is this like regular meat? Can I still make the wine sauce with it? Please let me know ASAP because I need to start cooking the meat. Thanks!

From what I understand, it is already a heavily flavored meat, and doesn't need a recipe to add flavoring and you cook it as is with some water. But I don't really have experience with pastrami, I made it once, so hopefully someone who knows better will answer too.
