I got this recipe from Binah, made it once and my picky eater kids loved them.
I changed it a bit when I made them today and they still loved them and they were healthier!
Here is original with my changes:
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (I used honey instead, didnt measure, just poured some in)
1LB cottage cheese
1 cup white whole wheat flour (I used 1/2 reg and 1/2 whole wheat b.c dont have white whole wheat here)
I might try next time with just my whole wheat flour.
Mix and continue as you would with pancakes.

I think it made about 15. Mine were medium to small sized.
