How hard is it to make pancakes? Take a bit of flour, baking powder, sugar , eggs, milk or water, mix and fry.
And remember how many calories they have!
If you want them healthy use whole wheat flour and honey and fry in a teflon pan and don't add oil.
If you want them even healthier use buckwheat flour and water instead of milk.

I do make pancakes at home- all the time! in fact I just made them for breakfast yesterday.
I want a waffle! haven't had one in ages and can't find a waffle maker for a decent price
