I've noticed that most of the recipes here are very high in sugar-- I.e. ketchup, duck sauce, brown sugar.
I'm guilty of using onion soup more than I like to admit (loads of sodium andMSG), but I do try to avoid excess sugar when I can, especially during the week Some of the recipes around here practically sound like candy to me! 
Does anyone make a nice chicken or sauce recipe that doesn't involve sugar, ketchup and duck sauce?

I know........
I like sweet things, or sweet and sour things, but DS doesn't, so if he's to eat - and he's a hungry, noisey teen - I have to make sure I have food he likes.
Batya, you can go tomato sauce, BBQ sauce.....or even plain food with spices on it.
