WE don't use anything that is GEbruks
I usually make the kiska chicken from kosher by design and a pastrami chicken roll up- But I think it is time for a change.

The mashed potato and egg sounds interesting. Anyone know on which thread I can find it?

Potato chip chicken is yum. We don't use potato chips but I make this recipe before Pesach when I try to avoid chametz.

I dip the chicken in potato starch and eggs. Then in crushed onion garlic or bbq potato chips and fry/bake it. It's tasty and the kids sure love it.
