Yeah, I know its basically just a watered-down omelette, but does anyone have exact measurements?
I usually mix eggs, salt, oil, and water to make the batter, but I waste a whole lot of flop blintzes until I get it right...

Maybe add mashed potatoes, to make it thicker. Just a thought, I did it.

Thats interesting, You beat up some mashed pot with the eggs and water? Do you have exact or approximate measurements?

5 eggs
Drop of water - maybe an ounce
Pinch if salt
No need for oil. You're frying it anyway.
Made them yesterday for mommy. I actually used the crepe maker. Just coat w teeny amount of oil before first use.
