I have both vanilla and cho olate flavored instant pudding mix.
I can mix them with milk to make plain pudding. But, lookingbfor something a little more interesting. Ideally for dessert for Shabbos or Yomtov.
Any ideas??

Look at the Pesach desserts thread for the yodells recipe -- eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla pudding mix, whipped topping, and melted chocolate with margarine. Yum!

You can make cheesecake with the vanilla pudding:
250 g cream cheese or gvina levana
400 g sour cream
1 package pudding
1/2 C sugar (or to taste)
vanilla
You can use crushed cookies for a crust, or just have it crustless.

I have a yellow cake recipe that uses vanilla instant pudding mix. I think I've posted it here, but let me know if you want it and can't find it.

My family makes something we call a "flop cake". It consists of a thin layer of sponge cake. On top of this you smear chocolate pudding (I think we mix it with oil) and then another layer of sponge cake and on top we smear vanilla pudding.
It's quite delish.
