I didn't know there was a book. I was covering my eyes half the time. I love the way it ended with the first wife being the friend. So not expected!

I thought it was good, both the book and movie. Its also written by nicholas sparks

I just watched it and did enjoy it but liked the book way better. I recently also watched the lucky one, which I think is also Nicholas sparks, and absolutely loved it! it was much better- more on par with the notebook, I think.
