So People...
I have a HUGE brisket slathered in a sauce of cranberry sauce and onion soup mix but I cannot rememebr if THAT'R THE ENTIRE RECIPE!
Aaaaaanyone????

Yes, it's that simple.
You can put some sliced onion under the brisket, so you get more gravy while it cooks.
325, tightly covered, 40 min per lb.

Yeah, just found it.
Although it did add one cup of kecthup so I threw that on top. Gosh, I hope this mess is alright.

I just put wine, mustard, and honey on mine (with onions and garlic under). And then I thought, hmm, isn't this a chicken recipe? I tend to experiment and throw random things together. Do you think this experiment will come out OK? Or should I throw in some tomato sauce for good measure?

put some fresh garlic cloves on it & maybe a little brown sugar - since you added ketchup ...
the important thing is not to burn it ... you should be alright
