I need to do exercise daily but need a DVD that's half hr each day, and motivational. It's gotta be realistic and doable

don't know your fitness level, but as of now, youtube has a bunch of taebo workouts posted. you can find a few that are a 1/2 an hour.
I love the cardio bootcamp one. I do it with weights. you can totally do it without.

Kelly Coffey Meyers has a whole 30-minute to fitness series. Each DVD has 2-30 minute workouts. I like her style a lot.

#zumba fitness - activate 45 min.
#self: firm flat abs for some excersice you need a ball - you can leave out that part as the whole workout is 45 min
shelly mcdonald - bikini body 2 times 20 min
gaiam - alking for weightloss
gaiam - a.m. walking
gaiam - yoga tone
gaiam - power yoga , 3 times 10 min
these are the short ones I have, a few of them came in a bundle of 4 not all of them are excellent
