I'm trying to put together a recipe for cake/bars/cookies without any of the following ingredients:
sugar
eggs
oil
I do have:
ww flour
oats
honey
dates
cocoa
almond butter
almond milk
vanilla
applesauce
Can someone help me here? Thanks!

well, you can replace sugar with honey, and oil with applesauce.
Not sure about eggs.

play group granola bars. I make these every week and always add different ingredients (I've used mashed banana, walnuts, raisins, craisins, chocolate chips, coconut, dates, soy protein powder, peanut butter, sunflower seeds)

I leave out the egg, and cut the brown sugar down to 1/2 cup. you can use the applesauce instead of oil and leave out the brown sugar if you want...use honey or agave nectar or just add some dried dates (I find them to make baked goods VERY sweet)
