I just got my first human hair sheitel and so I dont know alot about them.
I read there is such a thing as thinning out a sheitel but want to know more about it.
is it worth doing or could it ruin it?
how do they do it, do they pull out the hair?
how much does it usually cost to do this (in israel or states/canada)?
I bought it online so I dont have a sheitel macher. I think it needs to be thinned bc I feel there is a lot of hair, maybe too much, and it falls in my face a lot.
any help is greatly appreciated

I havent had it cut yet bc I just got it but I also think it looks perfect and didnt think it needed to be cut. I think its such a gorgeous sheitel, just might be too much hair. I also dont want it any shorter.
I didnt wash it because they told me they washed it right after I bought it.

In my experience, thinning out a sheitel is really cutting some layers into it. I've never heard of actually mamash pulling hairs out.

there is definately a way to thin out a shaitel and remove hair. You must go to a good person who knows what they are doing, otherwise it can be really bad, if you are in brooklyn you can pm me and I'll give you a name.
