I put the two together for the tops of cupcakes. It came out good, but I made too much. Is there any way I can make it into ice-cream? Is putting it in the freezer like that enough or should I add something? TIA

How about making an ice cream cake with it?
2 thin layers of cake with layers of your cream.
Or a kind of boston cream pie in a pie crust with whipped cream on top of your cream.

I don't feel like baking and my kids would eat ice-cream better than cake.
