They are still in critical condition. They are on heart/lung machines since the poison damaged their heart muscles. The objective is to keep their hearts pumping and to prevent other bodily systems from crashing until the poison finally leaves their system.

Just found out that I know the family very well. My SIL's sister is the grandmother of these children (Michal, the mother of the children is my brother's niece)
