looking for your best vegan burger for first time vegan taster. dh has agreed to try to try some vegan dishes!
or your best protein rich vegan dish, though not a soup of stew as he is not ready for something like that to replace a meal.

There is an Israeli brand called Zoglos that makes pretty tasty veggie burgers (and other similar products).
I'm not sure if Boca burgers are vegan (they might be dairy) but they are also delicious, and more widely available.

these are my dh's favorite
black bean burgers
1 onion
a few cloves of garlic
1 egg
1/3 c oats
process in food processor
add 1 can black beans, process until still a bit chunky
add some ketchup, salt, pepper, chili powder to taste.
mix in some bread crumbs until thick enough to form patties
fry or bake, but they are much better fried.
