Where can I find less common chalav yisrael items in Chicago? I am interested in things like pecorino-romano cheese (used to get Cheese Guy brand), other non-standard cheese, really good butters, whole milk (unhomogenized would be great) etc. Cheese Guy has all sorts of exciting cheeses and I would really like to find a place that carries their stuff in Chicago.

if kol tuv/kol touhy and hungarian dont have it then you most likely cant get it here.
ask the workers just to make sure you didnt miss it. maybe ask the owner if they would be able to bring it in?? thi if they dont think it will sell they prob wont.
