Yes, yes, in the morning .
I have time to eat breakfast between 8 and 8:30 or after the gym at 11. I would start the gym at about 9:30. Is it better to eat first or afterwards? TIA

Probably before, because after exercise people are usually hungrier and eat more. How about eat light breakfast before and just a snack and drink afterwards?

That's a good idea. Thanks! CM it's not a matter of being hungry, it's more what's healthier. I could go to 1 in tge afternoon without being hungry if I don't start eating, but that wouldn't be healthy.
