made turkey roulada yesterday was not so impressed - have a ton leftover anyway to "reinvent it" for supper tonite?
any ideas welcome!

I add leftover meat - cubed to any lettuce salad.

Make sandwiches. Buy nice rolls or baguettes and put your favorite condiments and fillings - pickles, lettuce, tomato etc.
