I have a raw cake waiting to be put in the oven. I am too tired to stay up and bake it now. what will happen if I put the raw cake in the fridge and bake it in the morning? (a blondie recipe)

It depends on the leavening agent. If you have baking powder in there it might get deactivated before you bake the blondies and they will not rise properly.

It will probably be just fine. I have left raw baking batter in the fridge for a few hours. nothing got deactivated. and I have done it for much more delicate cakes than blondies.

It will probably be fine. I've done it often.
