DD is starting to think about Seminary in E"Y
Ideally, she does not want to go for a full year.
She is a smart, well behaved, shy and soft spoken girl, who is starting to get burnt out from studying all day and night.
She wants a place that focuses more on Hashkafa rather than Rambams and Klei Yakars.
She is looking for teachers that are warm, caring, and form connections with the girls.
She is BJJ material but she does not want to go there for fear of being brainwashed or working day and night.
DD is currently in a Brooklyn Bais Yakov type school.
Where would she fit in?

I'm confused - is she willing to go for a full-year program or not? If she's not, I think the only option is the half-year Mezuraz program, assuming it's still around. The mainstream places aren't going to let her come for only part of the year. If she's willing to consider them, then she has many more options.

Meohr? Bnos Chava? Her teachers should be able to tell her which school fits what she is looking for.

How about Lev BY? It used to be Afikei Torah which attracted girls from more MO homes who were looking for a lite-Yeshivish school which emphasized Hashkafa & had very caring open-minded Yeshivish teachers. The teachers at Lev BY are the same as the Afikei teachers but the school decided to change its image & attract more BY type girls. Last year was their first year so I don't know who they attracted but it may be worth looking into.
Hatzlacha!

I don't have any personal feed back but find out girls who went there and speak to them. My daughters tell me the info they got from girls they know that went there was very positive.

I have heard amazing things about tomer devorah. one girl I know was a bais yaakov girl who came home and married a bobov chassid.
the other was an ulpana girl who is very bnai akiva/ ou/ a marathon runner, university student.
both loved it and felt at home there. no idea how long their programmes are.

Mezuraz no longer exists. Sadly, it was a short-lived program!
