I'm looking for a relatively dense, sweet and crumbly whole grain challah recipe to make in my bread machine. I prefer to use spelt flour. It doesn't have to be 100% whole grain, even 25% would be ok, just don't want the texture of bakery challah. Can anyone help?
Maybe it can't be done in a bread machine. I'm willing to try without the bread machine if that's the case. TIA!
