I defrosted too many beef cubes for my chulent- any good Friday night recipes for about a pound and a half of beef cubes, that does not include potatoes? (already have a basic stew recipe which is good for a cold wintry night).

If you make your cholent in the crockpot, in bags, you can cook it in its own bag and freeze before Shabbos and add to another cholent.
