Doughless potato knishes are always a big hit.
You can also make anything in puff pastry dough.
Mini cherry pies are pretty and yum too. Fill those mini pie shells with cherry pie filling. Top with a crunch- flour, sugar, brown sugar and margarine. Freeze raw and bake before serving.
