My baby is already over a year old and for some reason, I cannot get myself to lose the pregnancy weight. I have a very hard time controlling myself when it comes to food and I have absolutely no time to exercise! Any advice??

Are you nursing? If yes, is it full time?

well one of those points will have to give in order to succesfully loose some weight. it seems that if you have no time to exercise, then your eating habits have got to change to get anywhere. stop buying nosh as a first step. if you dont have it in your house, you wont eat it. replace empty calory snacks for yogurt with fruit as a topping, chopped up celery, cucumbers and a light dip to keep you full and give you the energy that you need.

good luck. start slow, dont try to bring everything on, it wont work
