I'm more familiar with fast foods than real restaurants.
Favorite is a good zesty schnitzel sandwich.

Hard to choose a favorite; there's a lot of good restaurant food out there (fat and sugar and calories and someone else doing all the work = tastes good).
But I have the feeling that even if I knew how to make restaurant food at home, I wouldn't be interested in the effort that it would take to make it right, and when I'd see the fat/sugar/calories, I'd get scared off even more. E.g. I know that to make authentic sesame chicken, you need to deep fry the chicken. But deep frying is hugely intimidating to me and there's no way that I'm making real sesame chicken anytime soon.
I'd still like to win the cookbook.
